Terms of Use

Last Updated: June 2025

Welcome to Vexorna.com! By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These terms are here to protect both you (the user) and me (Anna, the site owner) by setting clear expectations. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Site. I know this stuff can be a bit dry, so I’ll try to keep it as clear and straightforward as possible.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vexorna.com (referred to as “the Site”), you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. These terms apply to all visitors, readers, and users of the Site. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use or access the Site.

I (Anna Manina) reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. However, if we make major changes, I will do my best to inform users (for example, via a notice on the blog). It’s a good idea to check this page periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Site after changes to the Terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

Unless otherwise noted, all content on Vexorna.com – including text, blog posts, photographs/images, graphics, and site design – is created by and owned by Anna Manina. All such content is protected by copyright laws. Here’s what that means for you:

  • Personal Enjoyment: You are welcome to read, share, and enjoy the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Share links with your friends, pin images to Pinterest, or post my article on Facebook to discuss – that’s all good and very much appreciated!

  • Sharing & Social Media: You may share excerpts or images from my Site as long as you give clear credit to Vexorna.com and (if online) provide a direct link back to the original content. For example, it’s fine to quote a paragraph on your blog or use one of my images, if you also mention that it’s from Vexorna and include the link. Please do not remove any watermarks or credit notices from images.

  • Forbidden Uses: You are not allowed to republish full posts from Vexorna without my explicit permission. That includes translating my content into another language and posting it elsewhere, or copying large portions of content (even if you give credit – copying a whole article is a no-go). Please don’t print out my content to redistribute or use my images in promotional materials without asking either.

  • Requests for Permission: If you have a unique use case or would like to use my content in a way not covered here (for instance, in a magazine, or for an academic project), please contact me to discuss permission. I’m usually open to working something out as long as proper credit is given and the use is respectful of my work.

In short: I put a lot of effort into creating original content for Vexorna. I kindly ask that you respect these creations. Stealing content isn’t cool for anyone – let’s support each other by sharing properly.

3. User Conduct and Comment Policy

Vexorna is meant to be a positive, welcoming community for fashion and beauty enthusiasts. By interacting with the Site (like submitting a comment or sending a message through the contact form), you agree to engage in a respectful and lawful manner. Specifically:

  • Be Respectful: If you comment on posts or engage with me or other readers, please be polite. Healthy debate and sharing different opinions is awesome – personal attacks, hate speech, harassment, or just plain rudeness is not. I have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or discrimination of any kind (be it based on race, gender, body shape, religion, etc.). Let’s keep the vibe friendly.

  • No Spam or Self-Promotion in Comments: I love hearing your thoughts, but comments that are clearly spam (unrelated or full of sketchy links) will be deleted. It’s okay to mention your own blog or a helpful resource if it’s truly relevant to the conversation, but please don’t use my comment section as a place to advertise your MLM or drop your affiliate links. 😅 If you consistently try to spam, I may block your IP from commenting.

  • Comment Moderation: I (as the site owner) reserve the right to edit or delete any comments submitted to the Site. This includes comments that are snarky in a non-constructive way, off-topic, contain excessive profanity, or could be deemed offensive. Basically, if it doesn’t contribute positively to the discussion or adhere to these guidelines, it might not stay up. That said, I’m not liable for the content posted in comments by users, and I don’t always catch every questionable comment immediately (I’m a human running this show, after all). If you see something truly problematic, feel free to bring it to my attention.

  • No Illegal Activities: As a user, you agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Don’t try to hack the site, inject malicious code, or use it to spread malware (obviously). Also, do not use the Site to defame anyone or violate any laws. Basically, be a good internet citizen.

  • Age: By interacting with features like commenting or subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (since we don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13, per the Privacy Policy).

4. Third-Party Links and Content

You’ll find lots of links on Vexorna that lead to other websites – for example, links to products on shopping sites, or links to reference articles, or social media buttons. Additionally, third-party content like ads may appear (from Google Ads, etc.). Here’s what to know about those:

  • Not Endorsements: If I link to an external website, it’s usually to provide credit, further information, or a product reference. However, that link doesn’t mean I officially endorse everything on that site. I have no control over the content or practices of other websites.

  • No Liability for External Sites: Once you click a third-party link and leave Vexorna.com, these Terms of Use (and my Privacy Policy) no longer govern. You’re then subject to the terms and policies of the site you visit. I’m not responsible for any content, services, or products on third-party sites, nor any damages or issues that may arise from visiting those sites. (For example, if you click a link to an external blog and download something that gives your computer a virus – I really hope that never happens! – but I’m not liable for that).

  • Affiliate/Ads Clarification: Some of these third-party links are affiliate links or advertisements as discussed elsewhere. While I may earn a commission or revenue from them, the decision to click or engage is entirely yours. I aim to clearly label any sponsored or affiliate content so you can make informed choices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vexorna.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This means:

  • I do not guarantee that the Site will always be up, always accurate, or always perfect. (Though I do try my best on the accuracy part!)

  • Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of this Site is at your sole risk. I make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the blog’s information, products, or related graphics contained on the Site for any purpose. It’s mostly just me running this, sharing personal opinions and experiences. What I write should not be taken as professional advice or absolute fact.

  • No Technical Warranty: I can’t promise that the Site will be secure or free of viruses or other harmful components (though I actively maintain security). I also can’t promise it will work with every browser or device perfectly. If something looks wonky or broken, please let me know and I’ll try to fix it.

  • No Warranty on Results: If I say “this face mask made my skin softer,” I can’t guarantee it’ll do the same for you. So I’m not warranting any result from using info or products on this Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will I (Anna Manina) be liable for any losses or damages of any kind in connection with your use of Vexorna.com. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Direct or Indirect Damages: I won’t be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site. For example, I’m not liable if reading a fashion tip leads you to donate all your clothes and then regret it (silly example, but you get the idea), or if clicking a link on my site somehow leads to an unexpected cost or issue on another site.

  • Data Loss or Other Losses: I’m not liable for any loss of data (maybe you wrote a long comment and it didn’t post – I hope not, but I can’t be responsible for that kind of thing), or loss of profits, or any other damages that may occur from using this Site.

  • Viewed Content: The content you view is at your own discretion. If something I write upsets you or you disagree, I’m sorry you feel that way, but I’m not liable for any emotional distress or other reactions – remember, my content is opinion-based and intended to be helpful, not hurtful.

  • Third-party Issues: If any dispute or issue arises between you and a third-party (say, you buy a product I linked and it arrives broken, or you have a disagreement with another user in comments), I’m not liable for that either.

Simply put: I provide information and personal insights, and while I aim for no hiccups, I can’t take responsibility for every possible outcome of you using my Site.

7. Indemnification

By using this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anna Manina (the blog owner) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of Vexorna.com, or your violation of these Terms. This basically means if you do something that gets you or me into legal trouble via the Site (like plagiarize my content and then someone sues, or you violate someone’s rights using my platform), you agree that I won’t be responsible – you will cover any costs or damages that result.

I don’t expect this to ever come up, but it’s a standard clause to protect creators from legal hassles caused by user actions.

8. Changes to the Terms

I may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top will be changed. Major changes might be announced via a notice on the homepage or a blog post. It’s your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates. By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, you should stop using the Site.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]*. (Since this is a personal blog, I’ll specify that I operate out of [Your Location]*, so local laws of that jurisdiction would apply.) Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the Site’s use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that locale.

*(If I haven’t explicitly stated my location here, assume it’s the jurisdiction where I, the owner, reside. Typically, I would fill in my country or state; for now, let’s say Malta/EU law if I were in Malta, or California, USA if I were based in California, etc. For the sake of transparency, you can contact me for specifics on jurisdiction if needed.)

10. Contact Information

Thank you for taking the time to read these Terms of Use! I know it’s a lot, but it’s important to have these things understood. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms (or just want clarification on something), you can reach out to me directly at anna@vexorna.com. I’ll do my best to explain or address any issues.

By using Vexorna.com, you agree to these terms. Now, enough of the legal talk – go ahead and enjoy the blog! Happy reading, and stay stylish!
